Take the +9 this week with the Colts

You can say what you want and it all true. The Colts got smashed on Sunday night vs the Saints 63-7. There is no doubt they looked like crap. However, that locker room has alot of professionals and will bounce back this week. The Titans have regressed as well and are not close to the quality of the Saints. This conference battle will be much closer than you think and has feel of a first Colts win. Take the 9 points with the Colts, it is the right side in this one.

Let ride the Pony Express this season. Quietly SMU is one of the best teams in the country. SMU has a top 25 defense and

Ride the Pony Express this season

June Jones and company are scoring a ton of points. After an opening day loss to Texas A&M and a QB change to McDermott this team is now averaging 40 points a game. Back to back statement wins vs bowl teams TCU and UCF has this team playing at a very high level. Expect to see the Mustangs in a big time bowl this season and i’ll be playing them along the way. S.Miss will be a test tonight but expect the Mustanges to win it if they are for real.

What a great game this weekend. Well, not really. Tebow and the Broncos return to S.Florida on the day that the 09

Bet the Broncos this weekend

National Championship Florida Gators team is being recognized at halftime who was led by guess who, Tim Tebow. If the Broncos are ever going to win a game it is this weekend. The Dolphins come off a short week having played on Monday Night Football having given their best effort of the season. Another major angle for this game is John Fox. John Fox was the old coach for the Carolina Panthers who originally gave Miami QB Matt Moore his chance. And dont forget Miami native Willis McGahee. MCGahee is the feature back for Denver who originally is from the University of Miami he should also give a maximum effort. Lets roll with Broncos here, the only side you can really bet in this one.

The Detroit Lions finally lost a game. The 49ers were the more physical team and the lack of a consistent running game with Jahvid Best is not the answer for the Lions moving forward. Jahvid Best has been explosive at a couple points during the season but now having suffered his 2nd concussion this season they Lions are now going to be without him. The

Lets roll with the Falcons this week. Upset Special

Falcons come to Detriot this week after a nice win at home vs the Carolina Panthers. The Falcons (3-3) have had a difficult schedule up to the point and could very well get their season back on track at 4-3 if they win this one. The Lions recent struggles vs the Cowboys and on Monday night football vs the Bears as well as their first loss to SF with a ton of distractions follwing between Schwarz attacking Harbaugh.  This is a very nice spot for the Falcons to take advatage of. They had the best record in the NFC last year i cannot see them falling to 3-4 to start the season. The Falcons are an upset special this week.

In week 6 there are many dogs to be afraid of. The two biggest spreads today are not safe. The Packers -14 are playing a Rams team that cannot be possibly this bad and are coming off a Sunday Night demolition of the Falcons. An easy look

Its going to be a dog day.

ahead spot here for the Packers and you finally get a healthy Steven Jackson. The Steelers as well looked good last week but still are not a good bet laying double digits to anyone. Carolina, SF, Buffalo and Washington all can easily win their games. The Colts, Cowboys, Ravens and Browns all catching about 7 points all have a legit chance to not only cover but win their games. Another dog i really like today is the Minnesotta Vikings and Donovan McNabb. The Vikings finally broke through with their first win last week and appear to have solved their problems. On the other hand the Bears looked awful and without Peppers tonight good luck stopping Adrian Peterson and an inspired Jared Allen. Donovan is a chicago native and always plays well when he visits his home town. I like the Vikings big.
