Here are a few dogs that should be played….I like Temple plus the points. South Florida is good but have played a string of tough games in a row and laying on the road it not something South Florida is good at.  Next i like Uconn plus 7. Rutgers has had a great start to the season having traveled to Arkansas and winning but now they face a team that is identical to them. Uconn plays good defense and can run the ball. Taking a touchdown is the right thing to do. I know Wake Forest lost last week to Duke but the are very well coached and should a bad Maryland team trouble all day. Take the +5 with the Demon Deacons. Nebraska is another good underdog opportunity. I am not sure how good Ohio State is but i do like the combination of Rex Burkhead and Taylor Martinez catching points.  Lets take the +3.5.

Two great playoff Baseball games tonight. The Atlanta Braves and the un-hittable Kris Medlen (-172) take on Kyle Lohse and the defending world champion St. Louis Cardinals. The Braves have won 23 consecutive starts by Medlen and are big favorites tonight against a Cardinals team minus Albert Puljos that barely squeaked into the playoffs. Kyle Lohse is no slouch, he’s had a very good year. He is 16-3 this season but struggled in his only start vs the Atlanta Braves. In the other game tonight the Baltimore Orioles take on the Texas Rangers. Texas ace Yu Darvish faces lefty veteran Joe Saunders. Two completely different styles and two guys have like to bet on and against. Joe Saunders had been a bet against since leaving the Anaheim Angels and Yu Darvish has been a bet on for me after a couple months of starting and finding his groove here in the United States. Darvish is a big game pitcher having pitched in the World Baseball Classic and dominated in that format. I hate to say it but lets roll with both favorites tonight, the Atlanta Braves and the St. Louis Cardinals are the plays for me tonight. -DannyZ

Championship night is here. Can anyone beat Kentucky? I dont think so. The under is also the play, every team has struggled so far shooting in the dome. I like the under the best and give me some Kentucky.

Judgement day has arrived. Any everyone and their mother is picking the Giants, that why we are betting on the Patriots. Just when you think the Patriots and Tom Terrific are ripe for a loss you will see a huge effort out of the team from New England, Pats -3 and the under.

First TD of the Game….No interest in betting the Favorites here….I like the TE’s from NY. Ballard (20-1) or Beckum (30-1) and a little BenJarvusGE (9-1) and Wes Welker (8-1).

I expect the running game to be run by both sides but i think the Patriots will be running a lot more out of the shotgun today while taking long shots down the field. The deep threat will be trying to spring Wes Welker deep….So with that in mind.

Longest Reception by Wes Welker ov/un 19.5, really like the OVER.

Both running games should be rolling..so OVER rushing yards for BGE and Woodhead as well as Bradshaw. Nickel defenses should be on the field all day long. I also like both QBs UNDER with passing yards with the obvious lean towards the running game.

The best player on the Giants is Hakeem Nicks. I know Cruz is on fire but the GMEN will lean on Nicks today in the biggest of situations.

Super Bowl MVP. Brady or Manning are the obvious choices but if the running games are rolling and the game goes under it could be Bradshaw or Green Ellis. If somebody is able to score 2 TDs on the ground and 100 yards a non QB could win it.

Lets first start with the Little Caesars bowl, personally not one of my favorite pizzas but that is besides the point. The game will be played in the friendly confines of Ford Field, in fabulous Detroit Michigan. Expect plenty of point with QB Alex Carder throwing to the leading WR in the nation, Jordan White of the Broncos. I want to like this Broncos team but anytime they have played a “good” team they have lost. Losses include Michigan, Illinois, N.Illinois and Toledo. Their best win is against a bad UConn team. Purdue will have to be the play, but not a strong one. Purdue has won 2 of its last 3 including a win vs Ohio St. Purdue should score a minimum of 30 in this one and can also give up their share. Lets make a play on Purdue and a little on the over.

Lets make a play on the Cardinal

Next is the Belk Bowl. Louisville is only choice in this one. The Ville has won 5 of its last 6 including a win versus bowl teams Rutgers and West Virginia. Freshman Teddy Bridgewater is fun to watch and one of the best freshman qbs in the country. The defense is solid and ranked 14th in the nation, a nice combination of offense and defense and motivation for the Cardinal. There is not much to say about NCState other than they have been up and down all season long. They did win 3 of thier last 4 including a win vs Clemson at just the right time. They have faced three really good defense and have gotten blown out in each game. Cincinnati 44-14 loss, Florida State 34-0 loss and Boston College 14-10 loss.

a row in the middle of the season but recenlty have won 2 of their last 3 games. The Black Knights also have struggled (3-8) this season losing 6 out of 7 with a win vs Fordham mixed it. Navy has dominated this series recently and i dont expect that to change. Navy got their starting QB and FB back three weeks ago and have shown signs of life. A nice win at SMU and losses to 5 bowl teams shows a decent resume. Lets lay the -7 on the only college game on Saturday.

National Championship Florida Gators team is being recognized at halftime who was led by guess who, Tim Tebow. If the Broncos are ever going to win a game it is this weekend. The Dolphins come off a short week having played on Monday Night Football having given their best effort of the season. Another major angle for this game is John Fox. John Fox was the old coach for the Carolina Panthers who originally gave Miami QB Matt Moore his chance. And dont forget Miami native Willis McGahee. MCGahee is the feature back for Denver who originally is from the University of Miami he should also give a maximum effort. Lets roll with Broncos here, the only side you can really bet in this one.

The 2010 Belmont Stakes should be decided by Nick Zito’s Ice Box or Fly Down. Both hard charging closers should be running late into a pace set by front runner First Dude. First Dude led all the way at the Preakness and fought Lookin at Lucky all the way to the wire. There are alot of new starters in this group led by Zito’s Fly Down (9-2) who won the Dwyer over this same surface in impressive fashion closing late to beat Drosselmeyer (12-1).  Make Music for Me, Ice Box and Statley Victor are a quality group that return from good performances in the Kentucky Derby as well.  IHMB selections for the Belmont Stakes are Fly Down to win over Ice Box, Up Town Charlie Brown, Drosselmeyer, First Dude and Stay Put.  Good luck to All.

Rumors are flying. Many sports outlets are reporting the Rams are leaning toward drafting Sam Bradford. Taking a franchise QB #1 is the biggest investment a team can make.
